At least they end their journey with a bang! I like the new releases and tbh the G.I. Joe themed toys are the nicest looking crossover toys from the last few years.
Although I'm not into the new turtles stuff, it was always fun to see that Playmates still making toys with the younger demographic in mind and now that that is winding down it's sad and surreal. Will it make a dent in the TMNT brand? The brand itself has been on an incredibly long run and most of that has been solidly successful, and while it's great to see kids getting more opportunities to be introduced to it, if this is the beginning of the end I gotta say it surpassed all my expectations by miles. It's been a great run and I hope they find a way back to it eventually.
Depending on the price point for the AWE, as well as size, I could see myself doing some custom work on it to make it a cheaper alternative to the Classified version. It doesnt look super turtley compared to the helicopter.
Bebop as Road Pig would've made more sense.
I wonder how well the Turtle-Fly copter will scale with regular Classified Joe figures...

That's a bummer, since April was the only one I was planning on getting, but not spending the extra moonies for a vehicle I have zero interest in having, so Booooo
I like that turtle copter. Must have vehicle for me. The turtles as Joe's look good.???
