“You’ve heard the whispers from a previous Creations exclusive… The newest members only “Powers of Grayskull” figure is emerging from the mists of Preternia to battle evil. Here’s a sneak peek ahead of our upcoming launch.” This is a Club Grayskull exclusive only, coming November 18th!
I like that they are getting creative. But I'm thrilled with the possibility of draego man hinted from the box art.
Done bought it, must have 1 of every single possible character in MOTU Origins......even if it's this guy... *shrug*
From the mists of Preternia a masked enigma emerges: the Masters of the Universe Origins Red Shadow action figure. A beast man shunned by his people, Red Shadow was forced to wear a mask and serve the Great Black Wizard until he was freed by Moss Man. The mask remains, but Red Shadow uses his abilities (and included club, dagger, and spear) to fight for King Grayskull is now available for Club Grakskull Members only on MattelCreations.

I believe that he's based on the designs for characters that were going to be in the Powers of Grayskull rebrand/spinoff that MOTU was going to change into back in 1987 and teased in a mini-comic, but was then abandoned.

Looks like Beast Man arms to me - both the original Origins and Turtles of Grayskull seem to have the same looking limbs.

Nice to see them developing something new for the MOTU brand rather than relying solely on nostalgia, and I like them slowly bringing Powers of Grayskull to life. Sadly it's not in the form factor I collect but I'm glad they're getting these out there!

I'm actually not getting it because it doesn't hit any nostalgia nor the design impresses me. It actually reminds me to the knockoff MOTU figures back in 88-89 I saw at a store...??

I'm really glad they are making more art based original characters, it's good to see new stuff. I don't like this one as much as the scorpion guy but he's still cool.
