European Toy Company Simba Dickie Group Buys Jada Toys

European toy company Simba Dickie Group has purchased US toy firm Jada Toys. See the official press release below:
Simba Dickie Group works to expand into the American market through purchase Jada Toys, Inc. The L.A.-based toy manufacturer, Jada Toys, Inc., has been acquired by Simba Dickie Group. Jada is widely recognized as the leading manufacturer of authentically licensed and highly stylized die-cast collectibles, radio control vehicles, and pre-school toys. Jada’s popularity stems from their vast portfolio of popular entertainment licenses such as Fast & Furious, Marvel, DC Comics, Disney, and Hello Kitty.
