I would trust Jada if they had gone with plastic for the tails that they could have articulated them. Little sad they didn't go that route, honestly.
As usual Jada knocking it out of the park with the Street Fighter figures, I'm still just so impressed at what they've done with these in terms of deco and articulatio, and not to mention accessories, and all for such a great price, it really makes you wonder about some toy companies...like really this is a testament to what you can do and not charge something silly. I love this line, with really only 1 figure so far not being something I love...cough Guile.
Vega looks great, although I'm not keen on the cloth belt. I wouldve gone for a.sculpted belt maybe with cloth ties though.

It's probably just poor paint apps on the prototype. There's no guarantee the eyebrows won't be fully painted on the retail version.
