Yes his legs are covered up as opposed to the classic Grayson Robin. I can remember the Drake Robin in the 90s Kenner line.

This art and this release has made me wish I collected the Mafex Hush line from the start. Or at the very least all the ones in this art so I could recreate it using the Mafex figures.
