I think there's a pretty good chance they'll show a few renders of some of the characters they've been "leaking" for 2023 and an even better chance they'll officially announce and reveal Serpentor.
I have a feeling Hasbro is just going to show whatever hasn't been released yet from Toy Fair and anything mentioned from the last stream... I'll be surprised if they show anything new except for the HISS tank.
