Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves Figures Coming From Hasbro

Yesterday we shared with you a press release from Hasbro outlining their 2022 SDCC plans. One of the things mentioned in that release which some may have overlooked was the announcement that Hasbro would be launching a new product line based on the upcoming Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves movie from Paramount and eOne that opens in theaters on March 3, 2023.

The specific details about the toyline are vague right now but I can tell you that action figures will be part of it. We should get our first look next week on the 21st and at least one new Deluxe figure should be going up for pre-order at most major etailers.

Hasbro's Emily from the G.I. Joe brand team recently announced that she is part of the team bringing this new line from Hasbro to life.

So check back next week for more details on this as they become available.

Ha yeah that thought crossed my mind as well, but as it turns out they have quietly casted this movie, So I'm sure we will see some figures based off actor likeness

Doric is being played by Sophia Lillis, Hugh Grant is Forge Fletcher, Jason Wong is Dralas, also in unknown roles currently are Chris Pine, Michelle Rodriguez, Justice Smith, Rege Jean Page and Daisy Head.

Or maybe we can cross our fingers and the first wave of figures will be Based off the Game art and not the movie...one can hope.

I was going to ask on how Hasbro was going to be making figures for this movie when it hasn't even been announced who and what characters are in the movie?

Yeah I guess they were testing the waters, and it didn't go over well, since last time I checked you could still buy Drizzt, and that was an exclusive, but also likely his sales slowed once people realized he wasn't getting anybody to be displayed with, let's just hope this D&D movie figure line isn't only a movie figure line...and doesn't turn into something that seems so wasted like Ghostbusters Plasma series.

I am hoping that this won't end up just being a movie based line, I was really disappointed we only got one figure from D&D and that was years ago now, but now they are going forward with Movie figures, well let's hope they branch out, how many characters could they have to make into figures from 1 movie.

The only dungeons & dragons I wanna see from hasbro is from the old cartoon series
