I bet that didn't make them any friends in the video gaming world
How there hasn't been a decent game based on G.I. Joe is absolutely beyond me when the first person shooter genre has been dominant for literally decades now and the IP lines up perfectly for use in such a thing...
Anyway, very nice renders. I could see some sort of "Assassin's Creed with machine guns" approach working for a Snake Eyes solo game.
hopefully it is not based on the disaster that was the Snake Eyes movie
