The panel where they will likely be showing off that retro cardback wave happens on the 23rd at 10AM PT/1PM ET. Based on that EE calendar, I would surmise they go up in that Monday the 27th slot, as preorders on the 23rd at 1PM ET puts those actually attending the panel at a disadvantage to preorder their retro figures in a timely manner.
