Thrasher was announced as a separate figure in San Diego, so I think that would be a very safe assumption.

I thought there had been some 'name only reveal' or the like, so thanks for confirming I'm not going *entirely* mad...?

I really miss the days when a toy company made product and sold it in stores and we just bought it. Loosing TRU really screwed us all over.

From what other sites reported, they made the change because they keep getting stuck with a lot of MTO inventory.

If they hadn't raised the price of X-men 97 Sentinel they would have one less as I would have bought one.

This is an stupid change in terms. The Arctic HISS and most of, if not all of the other MTO's don't charge until the item ships. The Marvel V Capcom Sentinel, being the most recent other MTO (I think) doesn't work this way. I wonder why the change.

Sadly this will probably mean I'm going to miss out on this. I'm already paying for the Triple T, and I have two HISS's two pay for. Seems like a bad idea to make this one different.

If you're ordering this, remember that they charge for these when the preoder closes now, in addition to Toynewman's note above about there being a very limited cancellation period. MTOs are basically like HasLabs now.

I think the pricing is right comparing it with the size of previous vehicles man. Also it comes with so many options to make it a different version than the original like the Haslab Hisstank came with!??????

I dont think its missing anything except a pack in figure. Making him separate is ridiculous, especially given its $125. Its 21 long and 12 tall which sounds absolutely huge given its 2 figures tall, so maybe the price is fine. I still prefer the driver be there given historical inclusion of drivers/operators with their vehicle (including Classified).

All the pieces are there and its modular so you can customize it. The front end is a tad different since the original was a licensed component but it looks pretty much the same to me. I dont like the enlarged launchers on top but those thats about it. I think it turned out better then thatinitial render we received way back when.

I can only assume there will be a single carded release of Thrasher whose release will just happen to coincide with when this starts shipping...
