Hasbro's Dwight Stall shared a new image offering an in-hand look at the upcoming G.I. Joe Classified Series #213, James "Grand Slam" Barney & H.A.L. (Heavy Artillery Laser), along with the following personal message about his history with the character and the G.I. Joe brand:

How did you end up where you are? Why do you do what you do? I don’t think I’d be where I am today, creating the plastic people I get to design every day if it wasn’t for my first GI Joe action figure. In 1982 the GI Joe real American hero line was launched and the heavy artillery laser (HAL) w/ Grandslam was my first GI Joe figure and opened my imagination to one of the greatest toy lines (and my personal favorite) ever. This new Classified HAL is amazing and brings back soo many wonderful toy memories. Thank you JOE TEAM then and now for inspiring me and so many others, bring on the toys and YO Joe!
