I feel like thats the main reason anyone would want this, aside from having him in articulated form, hes other purpose would be just to be an easter egg. I do hope some get this as it will provide hilarity for years to come.

it's pretty cool. Nothing I'm gonna spend my time or money on, but it's a fun character who I never expected to see an articulated release. If it's your thing, good on you.

That's correct. Waldo was the US name but he was actually originally named Wally in the UK.
