Looks awfully lacking in the blue tint to be the Robocop2 version of Murphy to my eye from these promo shots.
Still, it'll be interesting to see this against Marvel Legends and the like when it comes out. I don't think I've seen any reviews of Hiya's 1:12 scale offerings or how they measure up with/against what should be comparable lines.
