Things like lack of double-jointed elbows annoy me with some figures but with a character like this it doesn't bother me as much.

Good review. IMO this line is just odd, doesn't hold up, as it's main focus is at the human characters and some small dinosaurs species, it totally omits most of the dinosaurs due the scale. IDK, maybe Mattel should've make a more collectors aimed 1/18 scale line, without the gimmicks more detailed sculpts and articulation or a line sololy focused on the dinosaurs something like that Beasts of the Mesozoic collection.

This line seems to be almost an after thought. They only did two human characters and I suspect the original intention was to release the human and the dinosaur as a 2pack but for whatever reason opted to go this route. I've not seen the Owen figure on shelf, not even sure if its been released yet, but I don't really see them doing much more in the way of 6" human characters for this line.

I feel like he's too tall to be displayed with other 6" figures... I like it... but I'm not sure I'd get it looking at it now...
