As far as deep cuts, still holding out for King Arthur and Demolisher w/ Dirge.

Those two are excellent picks plus the robotic evil version of Hachiman!?????

I didn't say they did one Lunatak per wave, I wasn't even talking about Lunataks, I was talking about the berserkers, which has had much slow progress in filling out, as I suspected.

I don't say it was going to be cancelled, I just speculated that with this choice of characters the demand might be low, which has resulted in cancelled figures from Super7 in the past.

and confirmed that Indeed Thundercats Ultimates are successful enough that there won't be any cancellations even if demand is low, so there you go.

I do just want to say ClarkKent, it would be appreciated if you didn't appear to "come for me" tonely in a seemigly aggressive manner just because I stated something you felt you didn't like, Thank you, we must respect all posters and opinions (always within reason)

Neither of us said it, don't worry about it man, we just stated what we were hoping for. This is supposed to be a fun way to get away from the real world.

I'm no Thundercats expert, and I was today years old when I learned that Jagara is in more episodes then the Lunataks LOL.

They haven't been doing 1 Lunatak per wave. It's no surprise that we're not getting one two waves in a row.

The wave isn't going to be cancelled. It's already in production. That's how it's coming only 3 months from now.

Thundercats Ultimates is apparently successful enough that I am not worried about finishing the Lunataks and Berserkers.

Yes, these characters are deep cuts, but they have all been on fans wishlists for a while now. And weve had deep cuts in the line before.

I love this wave. Best in a while, in my opinion. Wizz-Ra is my lifelong favorite (non-Thundercat) character from Thundercats. I am beyond exited to get a figure of him after all these years, and it is very nearly perfect.

Including his ancient arch-enemy Mumm-Ra in the same wave makes sense, and he was in need of an upgrade (all-new sculpt with pinless joints). I will definitely get the Ultimate over the Deluxe. I love the extra head wearing Wizz-Ras enchanted helmet, and the lightning bolt effects they come with. I cant wait to set them up in a Wizards Duel pose together.

Jagara and Zaxx are cool and unique character designs I remember well from watching the cartoon as a kid.

Jagara appeared in 8 episodes, which is tied with The Berserkers and Mandora, andmorethan Hachiman, Ratar-O and Safari Joe.

Yep. This wave is what Super7 is calling a presale which Brian explained as meaning they have done enough Thundercats waves that they can now confidently estimate sales numbers well enough to go into production, and then put them up for order closer to ship time. As opposed to their preorder method where preorders are open for a set time and then they produce according to those numbers and we get the figures a year later.

[Edit: Sorry about the font size. I composed in and copy/pasted from notes app, and dont know why it made it bigger nor how to fix it.]

These seem like some super deep cuts. Now I gotta learn who jagara is. Down the rabbit hole I go.

Admiralty_Entertainment - 2026-03-04 @ 12:42 am

I find it a little galling that they're including a remake in the wave and holding the additional heads pack hostage for a repeat of a character the hardcore fans have already purchased in ultimate form. I get that they've plussed him up, but it's still 'Buy Malibu Stacey with the new hat or you get partially incomplete versions of everyone else'.

Yeah I'm surprised we have not seen those mentioned, those Pirates need a fill out, and I made this speculation years ago that they may never get around to them all, Also what wait they never did Tuskador yet?

Oh god no, making these characters before those is a real push to hang on to longevity that bods destructive for the line, I can imagine this wave gets a cancel, like....basically we got the Madame woe of thundercats here.
