From an in-universe perspective, I can't justify this sub-line, but it really does look fun - one of those concepts you just can't believe that Hasbro didn't consider doing back in the day. Would make for a very fun display. Have they done any vehicles for this yet? Feels like the sort of thing they should have a GitD AWE Striker to go with...
