I'm confused what is new about these preorders. I've had that human Phantom Trooper on preorder for like a year.

General Brown's uniform is from way earlier. For that era, the shirt would be light green. But as I said uniforms did change from time to time; the USAF experimented with a "heritage" uniform that didn't go into full use just as the Army had the short-lived style above.

USMC service dress shirt is khaki, he jacket is olive drab and has a belt. They have another very distinctive uniform; you wont see a shirt there. General Brown, who is Army, looks like he's wearing a white shirt but that could be light green which due to camera lights make it look white. However if they did make it white, its wrong. Then again this is a fictional world they come from.....p.s. US military uniforms do change from time to time (1960s era doesnt look like 1990s, etc).

The Blackwatch Ghouls are pretty nice sculpt-wise and character-wise too. I do like the fresh ideas merged with mythic creatures.
That general figure looks like it could be right at home with the joes!
