This week's TNI Cool Custom is of a 4" Doctor Who - 4th Doctor figure. This custom was done by
DrBindy.
Here is how he describes it.
"The project is taking forever, but I am slowly making my way through some of my favorite versions of the Doctor.
This one starts with a shrunken cast head bought from Hunter Artworks.
The main body is 25th Anniversary Wild Bill
Coat is from Golden Compass
Arms from a Rise of Cobra Snake Eyes figure.
And the scarf is something I have fashioned from 2 Gandalf scarves, then painted for effect."
