Looks really cool but could use a bit more red, imo.

Thay nail it!

All the buz about the cape, it will be fixed afterwards, just like flashs red symbol.

It really depends on if they plan on using her a lot, I don't recall if they were planning a Batwoman spinoff or not but that would be cool.

Not a buzz, more like attention to detail

^ I feel like the shorter cape is probably a combination of ease of mobility in the case of fight scenes, but also, to my eye, it kind of looks that much more like bat-wings. In either event, I have no problems with it, as the whole rest of the motif is spectacularly spot-on!

They only got wrong the inside of the cape that is also red. They might be aiming for a more simplistic look. I agree on the shorter cape explanation, but don't think that looks good.

Hey remember that Supergirl episode when she is trying to learn how to use her cape in a fight?

Thats right, I really do like the comic Batwoman design and they should have still tried a longer cape, even a foot longer would have been significantly better.

lol yeah the whole whip thing was dumb, why couldn't they just use it to blind enemies like in the Batman Arkham games?

It could be but I'm betting it has something to do with making her fight scenes easier to shoot since they arent really able to rely on cgi to make the cape look cool like in the movies. I'm sure it will be fine though.

She does look awesome- maybe the short cape is a nod to Batgirl ...?

Very comic accurate. I will probably see it, but I am not expecting much. Batfamily with no Batman. Still feels weird.

Agreed ... still no Batman seems weird, but maybe Batwoman opens up the idea for the future
