TVLand has learned that Shadowhunters‘ alum Jon Cor will have a recurring guest star role of Mark Stevens aka Chillblaine.
The character of Chillblaine is described as,
“Scientist Mark Stevens is a charismatic bad boy obsessed with cryogenic technology. But when he’s not breaking into corporate safes, he’s busy breaking hearts with his irresistible charm and roguish style. Armed with his own cold weapons, he’ll become a new thorn in the side of Team Flash as the DC Comics villain Chillblaine.”
Chillblaine has partnered with villainess Golden Glider aka Lisa Snart, in the comic books, but there are no plans at this time for Peyton List to return to reprise the role.

Never heard of the guy, but then I pretty much stopped reading The Flash about a year into Wally's tenure. No slight against West, I liked a lot of what they did with the character, he just wasn't for me.
Not familiar with Chillblaine. What year was he introduced into DC comics? From this he seems like a Captain Cold type who uses a freeze gun or some weapon.
