Netflix has released the initial announcement trailer for Splinter Cell: Deathwatch, an animated series based on Tom Clancys Splinter Cell video game developed by Ubisoft. The trailer also reveals that Liev Schreiber will lend his voice to the character of Sam Fisher, the renowned stealth expert created by Clancy.
Splinter Cell follows Fisher, a black ops agent working for a U.S. government division called the Fourth Echelon.
The series is produced by Ubisoft Film & Television in collaboration with the animation studios Sun Creature and Fost. Direction is provided by Guillaume Dousse and Flicien Colmet-Daage, while Derek Kolstad takes on the role of head writer. The executive production team includes Kolstad, Hlne Juguet, Hugo Revon, and Grard Guillemot representing Ubisoft.
Its going to b weird for me if its not voiced by michael ironside, altho hes not voiced the character for the last like 3 games. His voice was just so perfect for the character.

I don't think I've played a Splinter Cell game since the first one, but sure I'd watch it
