There were never more than two Star Trek shows on the air at a time before Paramount+/CBS All Access. Voyager premiered 8 months after the TNG series finale.

I thought the first abrams st movie was really good. And I really enjoyed the musical score. I liked it as much as shatner or Picard and I really like both of those.

I know that trak fans don't really like these JJ movies, but I really enjoyed them and they were 100 times better than JJ's Star Wars movies, so I kinda look forward to it although I would love to see that rumored Quentin Tarantino Star Trek movie.
