Loved the first one so yeah....I'm up for a sequel.
Amazon MGM Studios is developing a sequel to its 2022 action film, Samaritan, which featured Sylvester Stallone in the lead role. The streaming platform has enlisted the talented writer Bragi F. Schut to craft the script, who also penned the screenplay for the original movie.
Stallone, his production company Balboa Productions, and partner Braden Aftergood will be returning as producers for the sequel. Stallone will also reprise his role as the film's protagonist, a commitment that was made before the actors strike.
Directed by Julius Avery, Samaritan tells the story of a young boy who is rescued from a violent attack by a sanitation worker. The boy becomes convinced that the older man is a superhero who vanished two decades ago after a climactic battle with his archenemies.
Schut initially wrote the script for Samaritan on speculation, garnering interest from various production companies before ultimately finding a home at Balboa and MGM. In addition to his role as the sequel's writer, Schut will serve as an executive producer alongside Adam Rosenberg.

but speaking on this movie, I'm digging this looks like a great role for Stallone , this trailer looks awesome, it's like maybe what Hancock should have been.
