Yvonne Chapman Will Recur As Amanda McCoy In Final Season Of The CW's 'Superman & Lois'

Yvonne Chapman, known for her role in Kung Fu, will be portraying Amanda McCoy in the CW's Superman & Lois, as exclusively reported by Entertainment Weekly. Described as "intelligent, cunning, and loyal," Amanda is Lex Luthor’s most trusted ally in his mission against Superman and Lois Lane. In Lex's absence, she serves as the acting leader of LuthorCorp, utilizing her business acumen and ruthless demeanor to elevate the company to unprecedented success.

According to the official description, "Little is known about her mysterious past, but she’s the only one in Luthor’s inner circle that he views as an equal, which makes her a massive threat to the Kents... and anyone else who stands in her way."

Employed as a scientist at LexCorp, Amanda disclosed her groundbreaking revelation to Lex, exposing the fact that Superman is, in reality, the renowned reporter Clark Kent. However, Lex, unable to fathom Superman's decision to lead a human life, dismissed Amanda and chose not to take any action based on her valuable information.
