I love that it has Prince Adam, but can't imagine it will be any good with Earth involved. I keep hoping it will get cancelled honestly.
I would love no Earth and no Prince Adam transformation. How about something like the "jungle He-man" from the mini comics was the long-lost Prince Adam that ended up with that tribe somehow after Hordak and Skeletor kidnapped Adora and Adam? You could go all the way to the second, even third act of the film before He-man figures out that he is the prince.

Agree with everyone here about the cast and the script. The sad thing is that elements of this Movie Script involving Prince Adam being on Earth since a baby/child, then going to Eternia when he's an Adult because he's needed has been the basis since the Mid 2000's, when there were 1st reports of a new/modern Masters Of The Universe live action movie was going to be made. I think 1 of very early drafts of the script had a approx 20 years old Adam in the U.S. Army(With no knowledge of Eternia) during the whole War On Terror, since it was around that time frame it was written.
Having said that, with the cast for many of the characters being listed, I think this time, it does seem like it's more likely to happen than all the pervious times. And given how Travis Knight handle The Bumblebee Movie from 2018, who knows, it could surprise us and turn out to be an enjoyable movie. Best case, this origin movie does well enough for fans and the General Public to enjoy, that it leads to a sequel, and thus can really focus on being in Eternia with no more connections to Earth at all(Though sadly, I can see producers/owners of the movie license just say "Hold on a sec.... Why are we not on Earth again? We need to have the story set on Earth somehow", and such).
Either way, I'm waiting to see the character designs from this movie, which of course, translates to "How will the figure designs look".

I LOVE Morena Baccarin. She's easily one of my favorite actresses today. I enjoyed her in all of Deadpool, Gotham, The Flash, Firefly/Serenity, Greenland and V. She'll do well as the Sorceress.
I know that Idris Elba and Jared Leto will kill it as Duncan and Skeletor respectively as well.
I'm looking forward to this movie!
