Dune: Part Three Posters Reveal Robert Pattinson’s Villain, Jason Momoa’s Return

Warner Bros. has unveiled new character posters for Dune: Part Three, featuring Paul Atreides (Timothée Chalamet), the first look at Robert Pattinson’s antagonist, the return of Jason Momoa as Duncan Idaho, Chani (Zendaya), Lady Jessica (Rebecca Ferguson), Stilgar (Javier Bardem), Alia Atreides (Anya Taylor-Joy), Princess Irulan (Florence Pugh), and a newly introduced Fremen character named Farok (Isaach de Bankolé).

According to reports, Pattinson will portray the villainous Scytale, while this marks Momoa's first appearance since Duncan's death in 2021’s Dune. The upcoming film adapts Frank Herbert’s Dune Messiah, advancing the timeline by twelve years following the conclusion of Dune: Part Two, with Paul Atreides now established as Emperor. Director Denis Villeneuve returns to helm the project after leading the two prior adaptations.

Dune: Part Three is slated for theatrical release on December 18. The the film will have an exclusive IMAX window, giving it a leg up on Avengers: Doomsday during what fans have termed “Dunesday.”
