Hasbro is relocating its Los Angeles-based entertainment teams to The Lot at Formosa in West Hollywood, according to reports from
The Hollywood Reporter. The toy and gaming giant has signed a long-term lease for approximately 31,435 square feet of office space to house about 100 employees starting in the first quarter of 2027 in the Formosa West building.
The move includes divisions focused on film, television, digital content, gaming, licensing, and toys, as well as the company's artificial intelligence studio. The move places Hasbro's creative teams at a historic 11-acre campus shared by major industry players like HBO, Miramax, Live Nation, and Kevin Hart's Hartbeat, and includes seven soundstages.
