Doctor Who Reportedly Headed for Extended Hiatus

I used to watch DR WHO, but it seemed to get bogged down two seasons ago. The writing was a bit repetitive & lacking. I think a it's time for a holiday to regroup. Losing Disney+ is a big blow.

Fine BBC, I'll write it as well. But I have to warn you, my knowledge of British culture pretty much ends at "chips" means "french fries".

Ummm...Ncuti's Doctor regenerated into Billie Piper at the end of the last episode. Of course she's going to be the lead in the special. That was always the intent.Also, I don't really see a point in reporting anything from The Sun if we already know that it should be treated with skepticism. I don't believe for a second that BBC is having trouble finding a new actor to take over after Billie. They probably have at least ten candidates. Maybe they're having troublepickinga new actor, but I don't believe they're having any trouble finding one.

Fine BBC, I'll do it. But I warn you, my "British accent" leans heavily towards "cockney."
