Paramount+ and CBS Studios are beaming
Star Trek into San Diego Comic-Con in a big way this year, with a slate that includes Hall H panels, offsite activations, exclusive screenings and franchise-themed fan experiences.
The centerpiece will be a July 25 Hall H panel for
Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, marking the series’ fourth season. Scheduled panelists include Anson Mount, Rebecca Romijn, Ethan Peck, Christina Chong, Celia Rose Gooding, Melissa Navia and Paul Wesley, along with executive producers Akiva Goldsman, Henry Alonso Myers and Alex Kurtzman.
Immediately following the
Strange New Worlds presentation, Hall H will host a separate panel celebrating the 60th anniversary of
Star Trek. The event will feature a special introduction from Eugene Roddenberry and appearances by franchise veterans and cast members including Michael Dorn, Robert Picardo, Connor Trinneer, Cirroc Lofton, Doug Jones, Michelle Hurd, Jerry O’Connell, Christina Chong, Karim Diané and George Takei.
Strange New Worlds also will be represented on physical SDCC badges featuring the U.S.S. Enterprise above the San Diego Convention Center. The design will appear in the Official SDCC Digital Souvenir Book and on a limited-edition T-shirt sold exclusively through the Official Comic-Con Merch Shop.
On July 23, fans can attend Star Trek: The Collector Frontier, a panel featuring the Paramount product and experiences team alongside representatives from the LEGO Group and Magic: The Gathering. The session will spotlight products inspired by the franchise and include appearances by toy creators behind the collaborations, with prizes also planned.
Paramount+ also will host a special screening of the first two episodes from Season 4 of
Strange New Worlds. The season premieres July 23, giving attendees an early look at Episode 2 ahead of its Paramount+ debut. Surprise giveaways will be available while supplies last.
On the convention floor, the Paramount+ booth will feature arcade-style games themed to the streamer’s originals, including a S
trange New Worlds Bridge Command Memory Game.
Beyond the convention center, the Paramount+ Lodge will include a series-inspired Port Galley featuring the original U.S.S. Enterprise model provided by the Roddenberry Estate. The lodge will run July 22-26.
At the Marriott Marquis on W. Harbor Drive, fans can visit Star Trek: Boldly Built, an activation combining Star Trek-themed items from the LEGO Group and Magic: The Gathering for a photo opportunity. The activation will be open July 23-26.
From July 24-26, The Sinclair on G Street will house Star Trek Fleet Command: 60 Years of
Star Trek, an archives experience tied to the mobile game. The activation will feature official archive pieces, a Holodeck VR experience, themed photo ops, exclusive swag, claw machines with
Star Trek prizes and a souvenir photo station. A special invite-only event for the Star Trek Fleet Command community is set for Friday evening.
