Seth MacFarlane Sings the Muppets Coming to Retail in September

The official announcement was made today that Seth MacFarlane Sings The Muppets is available for pre-order. The full-length album will be released on September 18, via Verve Records and Republic Records. The first promotional track, a cover of "Bein' Green," has already been released on streaming services alongside the pre-order launch.

The album is available on standard or exclusive signed "Bein' Green" colored vinyl, standard and limited signed CD editions, and as a digital download.

The 14-track album draws from the rich musical legacy of Jim Henson's creations, coinciding with the 50th anniversary of The Muppet Show. The album’s selections come from the first three Muppet feature films—The Muppet Movie, The Great Muppet Caper, and The Muppets Take Manhattan—while favorites from Sesame Street and The Muppet Show round out the album.
