I hope they don't completely skip over MK9. Some of those designs are arguably the best in the whole franchise.

I love MK9 designs. Nice mix of their original looks with modern detailing.

Give it a month and we'll be seeing the bloody version or special edition version of Goro...

Yup, not all of them were good. Most of the women designs for MK9 were trash. But you are right about Scorpion and Reptile. Those where great designs even if the graphics of the time mudied the visual execution.

Noob, too, with the hood and the metal mask. I guess basically just the ninjas looked good in that game, but they looked really good.

Very cool. I wonder - if Storm is doing MKX stuff now, are they continuing with the MK2 and 3 stuff? Are we going to see stuff from several of the games from them? I've enjoyed the McFarlane stuff for MK11 but at the rate he keeps stuffing Batman and Spawn into the MK line, he'll never finish with the base lineup if he hasn't given up on it already. Maybe Storm will finally give me a modern take on Jax - he seems to be impossible to get from most lines despite him being in every Mortal Kombat game since his introduction in MK2 (with the possible exception of MK6).

Shown below is the new Mortal Kombat X Goro Figure from Storm Collectibles and should be up later today for pre-order from our sponsor BigBadToyStore.com!Prince GORO has brought much honor to the Shokan race by serving Shao Kahn. His bloody achievements include crushed rebellions and conquered provinces. During the past 500 years he has been celebrated for winning the last nine Mortal Kombat tournaments for Outworld. Should he defeat Earthrealm's champion this time, he will become more than legendary. His victory is assured. There are none in Earthrealm who can withstand the might of Goro.Features:
