The science officer in the pilot episode of Star Trek had a green tint to his skin and pointy ears, making him distinctly alien to television viewers in 1966. More prone to emotional reactions than he would become, the logical Mr. Spock intrigued audiences from the start, and when the show went to series he was promoted to first officer.
Leonard Nimoy embodied the green-blooded Vulcan so fully that Spock has become one of the most beloved television characters in history. Together with William Shatner’s Captain Kirk they are an enduring pair whose appeal has lasted over half a century.
This 1:6-scale figure re-creates the unique look Spock had in the originally unaired first pilot, “The Cage.” Many changes were made to the character, the props and the costumes when Star Trek became a regular series and this figure set includes the original designs, meticulously researched and executed in minute detail. Standing approximately 12 inches tall, every element, from his 23rd century tunic to his custom black boots, is authentically reproduced.
