As collectors across the world have begun receiving their long-awaited, made-to-order Marvel Legends Mephisto figures, one collector remains convinced there is only one logical explanation for why his hasn't shipped yet: Everyone else must have secretly sold their soul to Mephisto himself. ToyFarce investigated...

"I placed my pre-order the second it went live!" said the long-time Marvel Legends collector Damien (no relation, weirdly), while refreshing the tracking page for the 87th time that morning. "You're telling me someone who ordered three days later already has theirs? That's impossible. Unless... they made a deal with him. No other explanation."

According to Damien, ordinary shipping logistics simply cannot explain why other collectors are posting glamorous photos of Mephisto and his throne sitting on their shelves while his order still says "Preparing for shipment".

"It is literally a figure of the Devil... Mephisto, he has to be involved!" he explained. "People think he's just an action figure, but he's clearly honoring infernal contracts. Faster shipping in exchange for eternal damnation? Honestly... that's a pretty good deal."



Witnesses claim Damien has spent the past three days replying to every "My Mephisto arrived today!" posts (which are multiple and have been coined as the 'Infernal Inundation', and we're not mad at that!) with increasingly elaborate conspiracy theories, including accusations that collectors sacrificed unopened carded figures, completed blood rituals using Marvel Legends accessories, or clicked "Accept" on Mephisto's own terms and conditions.

At press time, Damien's shipping notification finally arrived, only for him to immediately get furious again after discovering another collector also received his shipping notification four hours earlier.
