Hasbro Saves Transformers Sentinal Maximus Toy From 3H

Hasbro reports on the offical Transformers website, Transformers.com, that they have filed suit against 3H Productions to ensure that collectors recieve their paid for Transformers related merchandise from 3H or are refunded their money.

They also indicate that they have retrieved the Sentinal Maximus toy from 3H, which was an Offical Transformers Collector Club convention exclusive that orginally was to be shipped out to collectors who purchased it from 3H. Hasbro will now be shipping the Maximus toy out directly to those who had already paid 3H for it. Hasbro still needs to print up packaging for the item which they say should take about 4-6 weeks.
