This Destro cameout in the 89 cartoon and comics after the Sunbow Series, it was taken over by Dic, voiced by Maurice LaMarche instead of Arthur Burghardt. He also does a mean impersonation of Orson Welles which is the same for his voice for Brain from Pinky and the Brain in Animaniacs.
