"First off let me just say, CURSE YOU COMPLEX ANGLES!
Still, I think it turned out alright. After much trial and error I came up with the following setup and then transferred the design over to some cool, textured card stock that even feels sort of like the original doors."

It's actually a heavy duty, textured card-stock (ie thick paper).
wow, it really, really looks like plastic. sounds like a neat material to work with.

How did you do the plastic bending work for the doors? Or did you cut and paste the different pieces at the angles you wanted?
