New Images For NECA's 30th Anniversary Nightmare On Elm Street 7" Freddy Krueger figure

Yesterday we told you about NECA's plans to release a new 30th Anniversary Nightmare On Elm Street 7" Freddy Krueger figure in September 2014. It will have fully articulated legs, new head, new tongue phone, new dead skin mask and deluxe packaging.

The figure was on display at the 30th anniversary screening of the Nightmare on Elm Street movie in New York City last night. NECA has released a few more images from the event giving us a better look at it. You will notice the figure does not have stripes on the arms. That is because in the original Nightmare On Elm Street movie, Freddy did not have the stripes on there. Stripes on the arms were added for later movies. Knowing how companies like to re-use figure molds to help offset the cost of making them, I am sure some kind a variant down the road with stripes on the arms is not out of the question. Check out the new images below.
