McFarlane Toys Announces MLB 2 Pack

by Outsiders
March 04, 2005
McFarlane Toys has announced the newest MLB two-pack box set to be hitting the field come this May.

The World Series special two-pack box featuring:

Curt Schilling, Boston Red Sox P, No. 38

Albert Pujols, St. Louis Cardinals 1B, No. 5.

This special boxed set is a celebration and culmination of 2004, a great year in Major League Baseball. Each figure is sculpted in an official team uniform and action pose, and includes base and equipment.

The Schilling and Pujols figures will have a couple changes from their original releases. Schilling will be in his white Red Sox uniform and includes World Series patches. He's in his throwing sculpt from MLB 10. The Pujols figure will be similar to his MLB 10 figure, with a different paint scheme on the bat-weight, World Series patches and assorted donuts on the base. The base itself has a World Seies logo rather than the National League logo.

This special two-pack is set to hit retail shelves in May and more information can be found by checking out Spawn.com
