So when did this Hobbit appear in the movies? Well he didn't. This figure is actually of the Director of the Lord Of The Rings Trilogy Peter Jackson. So just how did this figure come into being? Well one day while they were doing the laser-scanning on the actors for their highly detailed action figures, director Peter Jackson asked how the whole laser-scanning proceedure worked. Instead of tring to explain it to him, they told him to hop in the machine so that they could show him first hand. Besides if George Lucas can get his own figure, why can't Peter? Stay tuned for details on how and when this figure will be made available.
