Aoshima of Japan will dazzle movie fans and modelers alike with three new kits based on 20th Century Fox's classic science-fiction action-thrillers Alien and Aliens, all of which will be imported from Japan and available in North America exclusively from Diamond Comic Distributors in September 2006.

The Aliens Power Loader 1/12 Scale Plastic Model Kit will be a limited-time reissue of the Halcyon Aliens Power Loader mold-injected hobby kit, a sought-after treasure among model enthusiasts. Standing over 9" tall when assembled, the beautifully detailed kit sports vinyl "hydraulic" tubing and a 1/12 scale figure of a determined Ripley at the controls. The kit ships with illustrated instructions in a color graphic box.

The Aliens USS Sulaco 1/2400 Scale Model Kit reproduces the Conestoga-class starship that carried Ripley and the Colonial Marines into battle, and which is fondly remembered by fans of the film. The 1/2400 scale kit measures 12" long when assembled, and contains exceptional detailing.

The Nostromo Astronaut Facehugged 1/12 Scale Action Figure Kit re-creates the fateful encounter between the Nostromo's executive officer and the dreadful Face-Hugger from Alien. The assembled figure stands approximately 8" tall and wears an exploratory spacesuit. The kit also contains a small, open Alien egg, plus the attacking face-hugger, all in window box packaging.

Please Note: These kits require painting and assembly.
