MEGATRON™

Elkridge, MD (December 1, 2003)—Palisades Toys proudly announces the continuation of its Transformer™ line of PolyStone collectibles, with the second deluxe statue – Megatron™!!

“When we first introduced our Transformers™ line of statues,” Palisades President and CEO Michael Horn said, “response was overwhelming (on the Optimus Prime statue, due to release in December). Now, with Megatron, we are really hitting our creative stride. And just wait until you see what we have in the works for the next year!”

Megatron's might was forged in the slave arenas of the Quintessons™ - fighting as a gladiator for the amusement of the bizarre bio-mechanical aliens who once ruled Cybertron™ and much of the galaxy. Megatron became more lethal in battle after battle as his warrior skills - and his rage - grew. He rose with an army of his fellow Decepticon™ slaves to unleash a terrible vengeance on his masters, driving them from Cybertron and into the darkest corners of space.

All the amazing detail and quality you have come to expect from Palisades is present in this incredible all-new statue of the Decepticon’s leader, from the cracks and dents and surface details to the battle-worn paint. All standing menacingly on a Decepticon logo base, which Megatron is crushing beneath his mammoth bulk!
