For those of you who have been drooling over Mattel's new Masters of the Universe Classics line that up until now were only available online at MattyCollector.com, but just didn't want to deal with the hassle of having to purchase them online can rejoice.

According to an article in Toy Fare magazine Mattel will be bringing their line of Four Horsemen sculpted figures to Toys "R" Us stores in the form of DC Vs. MOTU 2-packs. That's right, in the tradition of the classic DC Comics Presents #47 which featured Superman vs. He-Man that was released back in the 80's, Mattel will be doing figures 2-packs that will include one 6" DC Universe Classic figure and one Masters of the Universe Classics figure. The first 2-pack to be released will of course be one that includes Superman and He-Man.

Stay tuned for more details on these as I am sure Mattel will be providing more information later this week at the New York Toy Fair. Check back to TNI starting on February 13, as we will be kicking off full coverage of Toy Fair.

Figures shown below may not be the figures to be released in this first set.
