For those not that familiar with Fresh Monkey Fiction, the company has been producing action figures in various scales for about 10 years now. Bill comes originally from a Hollywood background working on visual effects for such movies as X-Men 2, Incredible Hulk and Ocean's 11. From there he went over to Netflix for about 10 years before he decided to try and launch his own toy company. One of the first lines they produced using the Kickstarter model was called Amazing Heroes which was a homage to 80s action figures from public main and independent comics.
Is this Dr. Benton QUEST??
Now THIS was a great, in-depth interview. Intelligent, great questions from the interviewer, and thoughtful, detailed information and explanation from guest Bill Murphy. I've had my eye on some of their line but not a lot of actual material, so its great to have that put to rest. Haven't seen this caliber of discussion from the toy community in too long a time. Well done, JayC.
I can't pick and choose .. this is so overwhelming .. letterly all of them is a must
first thing I saw was that Ninja Turtle inspired character, Man that's a gem. Looks like Fresh Monkey are slamming out figures right now, still not physical product but lines being announced every day it seems.

There are some pretty cool figures in here for sure! I can see these complementing the Classified line for sure. I just wish the wait time on these was much shorter, Id love to get my hands on a couple of those suited agents and hooded non commander heads
