Passed by some pics (thanks figurerealm) and I remember having this set of figures called Sheriff Solar or Solar Sheriff… I can remember buying them at a grocery store. lol. Anyway… please remember this is just my opinion/custom. I painted him a little less bright colors, and weathered the gear. The body is a complete dye/painted custom. Anyway… Enjoy!
