This is a ‘ticketed item’ in Japan – it can only be purchased if the purchaser of a Batman RAH figure in Japan receives a ticket inside the Batman RAH package. This ticket allows them to then purchase the Bruce Wayne figure at retail. It appears that not all Batman figures include the ticket needed to purchase Bruce Wayne, but BBTS has secured a source for this item and taking pre-orders now.

Its a really nice sculpt but...boring. I mean unless the accessories are really cool its just a guy in a suit. I like Bruce but I think the motorcycle version during TDK would have been a lot more...interesting. And yeah the hands look odd.
