I'll be picking this up for sure.GL is all around one of my top 5 favorite heroes. I'm just hoping this and the live action movie gets some more GL themed products out there. I missed out on DC directs Ring from 1998, I'd love for DC to Okay some WEARABLE high quality Lantern rings.(The pewter ones that come with the new lanterns are WAY out of my price range
It looks like its worth a look. Now they need to make a flash one.
I've been looking forward to this as well. Also, the movie has been given the green light (no pun intended), so it's only a matter of time till we are all watching it. DC has been making a great choice at their voice casting; wish I could say the same about Marvel's voice talent. It's fine, don't get me wrong, but the performances could stand out greater with A list actors lending their vocals.
WTF does this rant have to do wit the GL video?
Oops! I thought this was the WW thread LOL. Its offical people Queen's choo choo has jumped the track.
where the heck is that WW thread, never mind I see it. tah tah!
About time! I cannot wait for this.
I thoroughly enjoyed Wonder Woman, to me it is the best animated comic based movie thus far and I am hoping Green Lantern keeps up with that tradition. With this release and the live action movie coming up, I hope DC markets the heck out of the GL properties making him a house hold name and expanding to the big 4.
They should do an animated series of the GL Corps, focused around 4 major cast members - John Stewart, Kyle, Gardner, and the alien chick for Sinestro's planet. I hope they decided and pull off at the least, at the minimum 2 epic seasons (there is so much you can do with this series) but for sure are hopting for more. Keep it up DC and Warner bros.
Its about time we get too see a GL stand alone toon
This is the FIFTH DC animated direct-to-dvd release? What were the first four?Superman: DoomsdayJustice League: The New FrontierBatman: Gotham KnightWonder Woman (which comes out in early March)
But it will actually be the SIXTH if you also count Watchmen: Tales of the Black Freighter, which comes out at the end of March, about 2 weeks after the main movie hits theaters. #joecool#
