Today we take a look at the new 7" DC Comic Batman Begins movie and Harley Quinn from the Arkham City video game figures from NECA Toys. NECA continues what has become a yearly tradition by putting out previously released 1/4 scale DC figures in 7" form . The first year they released a Michael Keaton Batman and last year they released a Adam West Batman, Dark Knight Joker and Christopher Reeve Superman. These figures are available exclusively at Toys R' Us stores and cost $20 each.
