New The Dark Knight S.H.Figuarts Bat-Pod Images (Update)

UPDATE: It looks as if the wall featured in some of the images is only to show off the vehicle ability to look like its going up a wall like in the movie, but not something that will actually be included with the vehicle. The images are unpainted prototypes.

Tamashii says they show off the stretch gimmick of it and the transverse rotation of the tire.

Tamashii Nations has released new images for their upcoming The Dark Knight S.H.Figuarts Bat-Pod vehicle. Besides showing off the wheel turn function of the vehicle, these new images also show us a display wall accessory that will allow you to re-create the scene in the Dark Knight movie when Batman drives it up a wall while taking on the Joker. It's unclear if this wall accessory will be included with the regular release of the vehicle or is part of a special version, perhaps an exclusive one for the North American market like we have been seeing with some of the recent S.H. Figuarts Marvel figures.

The vehicle will also include a display stand, three pair of optional hands for the new S.H. Figuarts Dark Knight Batman figure allowing him to ride the Batpod as well as a EMP Blaster for that figure.

There will also be a new S.H. Figuarts Dark Knight Rises Catwoman figure released that will also be able to ride the Batpod.
