It was designed to be a composite Godzilla pulling from multiple versions while also maintaining a slim physique to allow for more aggressive stunts/fight scenes. It kicked offGodzillas cinematic breakuntil the Legendary film released in 2014 and was the last Godzilla movie by Toho (Japan) until Shin Godzilla in 2016.
Many thanks for insights!?
Looks good, the face sculpt is pretty creepy. Maybe too creepy for me. I don't picture the Joker as a horror sort of character and this seems a bit too frightening with the way he's depicted. Nice figure though.

It looks to be the 2004 Godzilla Final Wars 6.5 vinyl figure put out by Bandai America, around that time. Not quite the classic version that I thought it was. Butstill, on my budget, its probably close enough in figure form, to satisfy mytastes.

Very interesting look, I like the classic feel. But like said above sideshow is out of my price range.

I can definitely understand that, even without being a Godzilla uber-fan... Ive yet to really, fully delve into all of the classic films which I intend to one day. But, theres just something about that classic look to him. The one figure that I currently own, which appears below, I think I bought from my local Toys R Us,somewhere between 2002 and 2012 which I know is a helluva gap, but Ihonestly cant recall when exactly Id found him and Id purposely picked him up because he was the closest approximation, at that time, of a pseudo-classic version of him that Icould find. Truth be told though, Im not so sure, now that I look at it up close, if its actually based on the 54 version, or a later one.

Its really hard to pin down a quintessential likeness, or overall fitting, for lack of a better term, general face sculpt, that really, truly encapsulates what the character issupposedto look like. For me, this one is close. But, still not quite close enough. Not that Ive got the budget to start collecting these Sideshow offerings, anyway.

Thankfully NECA has made an affordable option for collecting all the Godzillas and theyre getting far better with the sculpting since they started in 2014. Really hoping the line continues beyond Godzilla 62 and G-KOTM 2019.

Classic Joker! This looks amazing. I wish that Meaco had gone that way.
