I take it Todd ditched putting out variants of Batwoman and Blight.

Shown below via Jwmp_show is a in-hand look at all the Target exclusive DC Multiverse Batman Beyond wave figures which includes Batman Beyond, Shriek, Batwoman Beyond, Blight and the Jokerbot Collect-To-Connect figure which you can build when you have all the other figures. Here in the US the only figure yet to be released is Blight which should be out soon.

Anyone else also curious why Todd decided to release this wave one fig at a time in different months/seasons ? lol. Looks like he took a page out of Super7's book, releasing a turtle per wave instead of all at once.

Below are the official images for the new DC Multiverse Target Exclusive 7" Batman Beyond Blight figure from McFarlane Toys. This is the final figure in the wave needed to complete the Jokerbot Build-A-Figure. You can pre-order it now and it's slated for release on November 28.

Wow this looks good, I like how the colors assemble together but this is not the Blight Todd talks about doing in his original vid on facebook that was released. The pic he showed for Blight was mostly in white and looked somewhat different from this one.

It is listed with a May 16 release date.Walter Shreeve was a skilled audio engineer living in Neo-Gotham, trying to fund his research in the field of sonics. Unable to do so, Shreeve used his highly advanced sound technology to build an armored suit capable of demolishing buildings with sonic blasts. Going by the name Shriek, he was soon hired to destroy Batman and nearly succeeded, but lost his hearing in the ensuing battle. He was then sent to Blackgate Penitentiary where he was able to continue his research behind bars. Since then, Shriek has managed to break out on occasion, each time seeking revenge against Batman and wreaking havoc on the citizens of Neo-Gotham!The other 3 figures in the wave needed to complete the Jokerbot include:-Batman Beyond-Batwoman Beyond-Blight Batman Beyond was the first figure that went up for pre-order. The Batwoman Beyond and Blight figures will go up for pre-order at a later time. The four figures will see a staggered release over the course of the year with the final figure being released by October.

Looks cool but would prefer the animated look over this.

This is almost man baby level whining. Why would it be predatory to offer two different versions of a figure? You dont need both to complete a baf, so pick the one you like. As far as limited articulation, did you get the shriek figure? The articulation is amazing and versatile, and looks much more natural than anything in the same price range. Hasbro has people thinking that marvel legends ab crunch is good articulation. Its not. It looks ridiculous. People bash McFarlane for petty reasons but they let hasbro and otherlarger companies get away with releasing figures with no paint and no new sculpting. Every new McFarlane figure Ive bought is different from the last. I never know exactly what to expect. If he just used the bucky cap mold 1000 times would that make you guys happy?

Batfreak87 - 2021-08-11 @ 5:02 am

I'm just not into this wave at all...figs look cool. Perhaps the only one to get would be Blight if I had to have one.

Satam - 2021-08-10 @ 11:35 pm

Still waiting for my maskless Shriek to even get an estimated date of arrival/delivery on Target.com.Blight here...not painting the skull black...that's really unfortunate. Possibly even more unfortunate than going with the containment suit look over the more iconic business suit look in the first place. I know there's rumors that "unmasked Blight" will be exactly that, but I think those rumors are more people hoping out loud than anything. But we'll see, I guess. I just can't imagine Todd doing a 100% different figure as a variant, especially these days.
